I. CONTINUING IMPACT PROJECTS
All clubs with continuing impact projects undertaken for at least three (3) years in succession and are still ongoing shall be automatically recognized with this Award of Recognition. Clubs may also be recognized under the following categories:
I.1 Bronze Excellence of Service Award (4 to 6 years)
I.2 Silver Excellence of Service Award (7 to 12 years )
I.3 Gold Excellence of Service Award (13 to 20 years)
J. GOVERNOR’S AWARDS
These awards are at the discretion of the Incumbent District Governor.
CONSIDERATIONS FOR A DISTRICT AWARD
To be recognized with an Award, a particular club must do the following:
1. The club must comply with the basic qualifications for all awards.
2. It must submit on a regular basis its monthly accomplishment reports duly validated by the Assistant Governor assigned to them or by the district service program chairman or its representative.
3, It must have at least one good project in any avenue of service or district mandated programs.
4. It must score at least 75 points for its over-all performance in
the particular avenue of service which the project is categorized.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS FOR ALL AWARDS
A. The member or club must be in good standing
B. The member or club must have no financial obligations to the Club, the District or Rotary International
C. The club must have a membership base of not less than the required charter strength by 31 March 2006
D. Documentary and reportorial requirements must be submitted and fully complied within the time frame stated.
